It brings together strategic direction, positioning, relationships, opportunities, communication, proof, and long-term development.

The person remains the source and author of the direction.

I design the architecture around it.

A venture may emerge from a method, an artistic practice, a body of knowledge, a performance concept, an archive, a cultural initiative, or an unmet audience need.

My role is to identify what deserves to exist, define the structure around it, assemble the people it requires, and develop the smallest credible version through which the market can respond.
